To control the effect of compression on image quality:

1. Choose Compression Settings from
    the Image menu.

2. Drag the Quality slider to the
    desired position, from Least to
    Most.

    As you drag, some positions on the 
    slider control may be skipped,
    depending on the current 
    compressor and level of color.
